History
		In 1989 Rehabilitation & Health Center Inc. was established with the mission of providing excellent physical therapy at a reasonable cost in a supportive, healthy and easily accessible facility. In 2006 we moved to our current, expanded location and added occupational therapy. We are dedicated to working with each patient to restore maximum function and provide education for self-management. For 20 years, we have centered our practice on our belief that for your successful recovery we must: Empower you with knowledge about the cause of your specific injury or condition and information about prevention about recurrence. Give you proper direction and tools to correct or improve your condition. Design a personalized exercise program and provide guidance so that you can perform the exercises correctly. Advise you about how nutrition plays an essential role in promoting your recovery and health.
